PRISIM model of Safer Employment

Kerry has been working with Skills for Care to develop resources and training for the adult social care sector on Safer Employment. Kerry developed the PRISIM model of safer employment to support any organisation wanting to develop a safeguarding culture and mindset in their organisation.

 

This online guide to the PRISIM safer employment model is free to access, includes videos, templates and other resources that can be applied to any organisation embarking on a Safer Employment Journey.

Sharing effective references and conduct information : Toolkit

Kerry has been working with partners from Reed Screening, Skills for Care, the DBS and Dominic Headley Associates to develop the Better Hiring Institute Guide to  sharing effective references and conduct information as part of an organisation's approach to Safer Employment. 

 

This online guide is free to access and includes templates and other resources that can be applied to any organisation embarking on a Safer Employment Journey. 

Holy Family Catholic Primary School

We have been working with the Leadership Team at Holy Family Catholic Primary School since 2016 to support them in developing a values based culture for staff, pupils and parents. Through our work together, the school achieved the Values Based Education (VbE) Quality Mark and became the first school in the North West to achieve this accreditation.
